Fox News: The United States may send its forces to search for American prisoners in Gaza

US Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby announced that Washington does not intend to send forces to participate in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, and does not rule out using them to liberate American prisoners in Gaza.

Kirby said on Sunday on Fox News: “There are no plans or intentions to send our forces to participate in the conflict between Israel and Hamas.”

As the National Security Council's Strategic Communications Coordinator noted, Washington is scrambling to determine the location of Americans being held "hostage" in Gaza, as well as their exact number.

When asked if this meant that the US military would not be involved in any way in the release of “hostages” in the Gaza Strip, Kirby explained: “This is the president’s highest priority, and there is nothing more important to him than the return and safety of American citizens, and I would not rule it out.” "Any options when it comes to releasing our citizens. We are working on this every day."/ End
