Gaza: Twenty-three dead bodies and 124 injured people arrived in hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours in the ongoing Israeli aggression, the Gaza Health Ministry said on Saturday.
According to Jordan News Agency, the recent figures have raised the death toll from the war, which began on October 7, 2023, to 52,810. The total number of injured people has climbed to 119,473, as per the latest update of casualty figures provided by the ministry.
The report highlighted that among the casualties, 2,702 fatalities and 7,432 injuries have occurred since Israel ended a ceasefire on March 18. The ministry added that many victims remain under the rubble of bombed-out buildings, indicating the dire situation in the region.
