Gaza Health Ministry Reports 51 Fatalities and 180 Injuries in Recent Israeli Strikes


Gaza: Fifty-one Palestinians were killed and 180 wounded in the ongoing Israeli military assault across the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, the Gaza Health Ministry said on Wednesday. These casualties are part of the persistent conflict affecting the region.



According to Jordan News Agency, the casualties included 4 deaths and 57 wounded individuals who were shot by Israeli troops at food aid distribution sites. This incident has raised the total number of what the ministry refers to as “bread martyrs” to 2,580, with 18,930 injured.



The latest figures bring the death toll from Israel’s aggression, which began on October 7, 2023, to 66,148. The total number of wounded has risen to 168,716, as reported by the ministry in its daily update of war casualties.
