Half a Million Visitors Attend 39th Jerash Festival, Says Director

Jerash: The 39th Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts has reported an impressive public turnout, with attendance figures exceeding half a million visitors.

According to Jordan News Agency, the festival's executive director, Ayman Samawi, remarked that this attendance reflects the festival's prominent status both locally and regionally as a cultural, artistic, and tourist event.

Samawi attributed the festival's success to the diverse range of artistic and cultural programs that attracted a wide audience from multiple backgrounds. He also highlighted the effective organization and cooperation with partner agencies, which he believes played a crucial role in the event's success.

The festival featured a notable participation of Jordanian and Arab artists, with a variety of artistic performances, popular shows, and cultural seminars. These elements provided a comprehensive character to the festival's offerings.
