Zarqa: Hashemite University President Khaled Hyari has announced the postponement of all final exams scheduled for Tuesday due to adverse weather conditions, emphasizing the priority of ensuring the safety of students as well as academic and administrative staff.
According to Jordan News Agency, a statement from the university presidency on Monday evening specified that the exams originally planned for Tuesday, Jan. 13, will now take place on Sunday, Jan. 25, maintaining the same times and locations previously communicated to the students.
Additionally, the university has announced that employee work hours on Tuesday will commence at 10 a.m., with the exception of units and departments that are required to maintain normal operations to ensure the provision of essential services.
The university also advised everyone to take necessary precautions and adhere to instructions from relevant authorities during these weather conditions.
