HCDS and Energy Ministry Collaborate on Support Programs for Injured Military Personnel

Amman: Secretary-General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Amani Alazzam and Director-General of the Hashemite Commission for Disabled Soldiers (HCDS) Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Adel Shunaq convened to discuss ongoing collaboration and support for military casualties and their families.

According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting concentrated on sustaining energy-sector support programs specifically tailored for newly injured military personnel and the widows of military casualties. A joint statement highlighted the commitment to maintaining these essential services.

The officials evaluated an existing energy project dedicated to military casualties and deliberated on strategies to enhance and broaden its reach. The aim is to better address the needs of injured personnel and improve their living conditions.

Both parties emphasized the importance of continued collaboration and the development of programs and initiatives that honor the sacrifices and service of military personnel and their families in Jordan.
