Head of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan: We will work for the benefit of all parties in Kirkuk without discrimination

Head of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Pavel Talabani, announced: "The Patriotic Union will follow the policy of President Mam Jalal and work for the benefit of all parties in Kirkuk without discrimination." Talabani confirmed in his first statement after the election of Rebwar Taha from the Patriotic Union as governor of Kirkuk: "The Patriotic Union follows the policy of President Mam Jalal in Kirkuk, and works for the benefit of all components before working for the Kurds." He added: "We must reconcile with Kirkuk and make it a model of coexistence and stability, and we hope that after years of disagreements, Kirkuk will be an example to be followed by everyone."
