ICC Launches Employment Training Courses for Irbid’s Youth

Irbid: Training and Development Center at Irbid Chamber of Commerce (ICC) announced the launch of a new package of specialized training courses, starting August 19, aimed at developing skills of youth and job seekers and enhancing their readiness to enter the labor market.

According to Jordan News Agency, ICC Chairman Mohammad Shouha stated that the chamber places importance on vocational training, viewing it as fundamental in enhancing youth's readiness to enter the labor market. He emphasized that the new training programs are designed to provide practical skills that align with the needs of the labor market and the requirements of the commercial and service sectors.

He further explained that the chamber is committed to continuously developing its training plan and expanding its scope to contribute to raising the efficiency of youth and job seekers, thereby enhancing their ability to compete and benefit from available opportunities in the labor market.

In turn, the center's director, Taghreed Hilat, mentioned that the training package includes a range of specialized programs aimed at developing the beneficiaries' personal and professional skills. The center is dedicated to providing training content that contributes to building youth capabilities to meet the demands of the labor market.
