Interior Minister Joins Global Public Security Forum in China

Lianyungang: Minister of Interior Mazen Faraya participated in the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum currently being held in Lianyungang, China.

According to Jordan News Agency, the forum's agenda includes discussions on refugee and migration issues, the use of modern technology to combat transnational organized crime, and ways to strengthen international cooperation in countering narcotics.

In his keynote address, Faraya highlighted Jordan's active involvement in peacekeeping forces, international police missions, and the deployment of field hospitals. He emphasized Jordan's role in training police forces across the region and its initiatives in regional cooperation to combat narcotics.

Faraya also spoke about Jordan's investment environment, noting the political and security stability of the Kingdom and its advantageous geographic location, which contribute to its appeal as an investment destination.
