The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the Zionist attack that targeted the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), which resulted in the injury of a number of peacekeeping forces. The ministry stressed in a statement that "this aggression committed by the occupation forces constitutes a flagrant violation of the provisions of international humanitarian law and undermines international efforts aimed at achieving security and stability in the region."
