Baghdad: Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Sudani expressed hope on Saturday that the upcoming Baghdad summits will help realise the aspirations of Arab nations. In a press statement issued on Saturday, he said, "On behalf of Iraq, I extend my sincere thanks to the Arab brothers who are participating in the two Baghdad summits: the Arab League Summit and the Development Summit."
According to Jordan News Agency, Sudani stated, "We hope that the outcomes of these gatherings will contribute to fulfilling the aspirations of our peoples across the Arab world." He emphasized the significance of Baghdad's role in fostering collaboration among Arab countries.
He added, "Baghdad will always remain a hub for joint Arab action, as demonstrated by its role in hosting our Arab brothers." Sudani's remarks underline Iraq's commitment to strengthening ties within the Arab community and addressing regional challenges collectively.
