Irbid Municipality Issues Fines to 400 Entities for Health Violations During November

Irbid: The Greater Irbid Municipality (GIM) fined 400 entities for health violations within its boundaries during November, as reported by Yahia Omari, Director of Health and Environmental Affairs Department at GIM. The municipality conducted 2,823 field visits and closed 13 establishments.

According to Jordan News Agency, Omari stated that 2,051 establishments received warnings during the same period. The department dealt with 36 complaints and is intensifying its monitoring campaigns to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Omari also mentioned that the department carried out 101 business license inspections, aiming to uphold health standards and protect public safety.
