Irbid: President of Irbid National University, Majed Abu Zreig, received on Sunday the Saudi Cultural Attaché in Amman, Mohammad Al-Shammari. The meeting covered bilateral cooperation related to cultural and scientific aspects. Abu Zreiq lauded ties between the two countries, especially in the cultural and scientific fields, commending the Saudi students enrolling in the university and various Jordanian universities. Al-Shammari, for his part, praised Irbid National University's stellar reputation, esteemed standing in the academic and administrative spheres, and availability of several specializations that are exclusive to the institution's bachelor's, higher diploma, and master's programs. He emphasized the attaché's eagerness to monitor Saudi students' academic progress at the university in the hopes of seeing a rise in their enrollment as a real result of the two sides' collaboration.
