Israeli occupation forces arrested 12 Palestinians during raids Monday across the West Bank, including a journalist and former prisoners. The raids took place in Ramallah, Hebron, Bethlehem, Qalqilya, and East Jerusalem, the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Club said in a joint statement.
