Amman: Chief of the Royal Hashemite Court, Yousef Issawi, sponsored a ceremony Tuesday evening, themed: "Thank You, Your Majesty," organized by the Jordanian Charity Medicine Bank (JCMB). The event was held to acknowledge and appreciate His Majesty's continued support for humanitarian and charitable initiatives, including the efforts of JCMB.
According to Jordan News Agency, the event featured several speakers who expressed their pride in the Royal patronage and ongoing support from His Majesty King Abdullah II for humanitarian and volunteer work across the nation. This support plays a significant role in serving citizens and fostering social solidarity. The ceremony was attended by a diverse group of officials, supporters, partners, artists, and media representatives.
Dr. Ashraf Kilani, Chairman of JCMB, remarked that the Royal attention is a "source of pride and honor for the bank and all its employees, volunteers, and supporters." He emphasized that this Royal effort serves as an "incentive" to continue the humanitarian mission of providing medicine to the most vulnerable groups, contributing to pharmaceutical security, and enhancing the community healthcare system in Jordan.
Additionally, Dr. Mahmoud Khaldi and Dr. Lama Boubli highlighted the bank's significant achievements since its inception and its humanitarian role in serving the local community. They discussed the bank's efforts to deliver treatment and medicine to vulnerable groups across the Kingdom's governorates, in collaboration with official institutions, the private sector, and supporting entities.
