Italy on Monday announced that it recorded 31 deaths and 480 new infections with the Coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
Italian Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, said that the pandemic is not over yet, as figures show that despite the vaccination of large numbers in the world, now infection with the virus is possible due to mutant such as the delta mutant, according to AKI, the official Italian news agency.
