President of the Jordanian Constructions Contractors Association (JCCA) Ayman Al Khudari on Saturday met with President of the Palestinian Contractors Union Aladdin Al Al-Araj, who is currently visiting Amman.

The meeting covered the ongoing cooperation between the two sides in various areas serving both national and contractor issues.

Al Khudari underlined the JCCA national role in supporting the resilience of the brothers in Palestine through its participation in the Higher Committee for Reconstruction in Palestine – in Jordan, composed of (the JCCA, Engineers’ Association and Investors’ Association, in cooperation with the Jordan Industry and Commerce Chambers).

The Higher Committee for Reconstruction in Palestine – in Jordan, under the umbrella of the Arab International Organization for Reconstruction in Palestine, spared no effort to support the people of Gaza and their steadfastness against the occupying power’s aggression, Al Khudari said.

In turn, Al-Araj pointed out to the challenges facing the Palestinian constructions sector, due to the limited disbursement of financial payments to contractors and the lack of Palestinian employment, as well as the accelerated rise in the prices of raw materials as a result of the occupying power’s siege, commended the vital and continuing role of Jordanian contractors in supporting the Palestinian people in general and Palestinian contractors in particular.
