Jerusalem: Hundreds of hardline Jewish settlers stormed the Al Aqsa Mosque/Al-Haram Al-Sharif grounds in occupied Jerusalem Sunday afternoon, under heavy protection by Israeli police, and performed provocative prayers. According to Jordan News Agency, the Islamic Waqf (endowments) Department said in a statement that 293 hardcore settlers breached the compound from the Al-Maghariba Gate and toured the site, chanting Jewish hymns in an incitement against mosque guards and worshippers.
