Amman: Director of the Public Security Directorate (PSD), Major General Obeidallah Maaytah, met with the British Ambassador to Jordan, Philip Hall, to discuss strengthening cooperation between the two countries' public security agencies. The meeting, which took place on Thursday, focused on policing, security, and the exchange of expertise and training aimed at improving performance and community service.

According to Jordan News Agency, Major General Maaytah emphasized the strong relationship between Jordan and the United Kingdom and reiterated the PSD's dedication to enhancing partnerships that promote common interests while supporting security and stability.

Ambassador Hall expressed his appreciation for the ongoing collaboration with the PSD, highlighting the United Kingdom's commitment to continuing coordination and sharing expertise in various security sectors.
