Jordan condemns attack on UN peacekeepers in Lebanon

Jordan Tuesday condemned an attack on United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) peacekeepers in Naqura in southern Lebanon, in which several Austrian members of the force were injured. Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates' Spokesperson Sufian Qudah called for ensuring the safety of peacekeepers and upholding UN Security Council Resolution 1701, urging an immediate end to the Israeli war on Lebanon.
