The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Sunday expressed its condolences to the Lebanese and families of victims whose boat had capsised off the coast of Tripoli in northern Lebanon.
The Ministry said that it stands in solidarity with the Lebanese, wishing for a speedy recovery for the injured.
