Jordan Offers Condolences to Sudan Over Deadly Gold Mine Collapse

Amman: The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs on Sunday expressed its deepest condolences to the Republic of Sudan following a deadly gold mine collapse in the Huwaid area that resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries.

According to Jordan News Agency, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ambassador Sufian Qudah conveyed the Kingdom's sympathy and full solidarity with the government and people of Sudan in the wake of the tragic incident. He extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
