Jordan Post Launches Commemorative Stamps for World Safety and Health Day

Amman: The Jordan Post Company has announced a new commemorative stamp issue titled "World Day for Safety and Health at Work," scheduled for release this Tuesday.

According to Jordan News Agency, the release coincides with the global observance of the day and underscores the importance of fostering awareness for safe and healthy work environments as a fundamental right. The issue will be officially inaugurated during a ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Labor to mark the occasion.

The collection consists of a set of three distinctive commemorative stamps, each valued at JD0.70, bringing the total value of the set to JD2.1. Additionally, a first-day cover is available for JD2.6, alongside a commemorative postcard priced at JD0.25.

Collectors and interested members of the public can purchase the new issue starting Tuesday morning, April 28, at the Philatelic Department located at the Jordan Post headquarters in Muqabalayn.
