Bern: The Jordan Post Company has been awarded the 2025 Express Mail Service (EMS) Customer Service Award, marking the third consecutive year the national carrier has received the international distinction.
According to Jordan News Agency, the award was granted by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) during its global conference held in Bern, Switzerland. A representative from the Jordanian Embassy in Bern accepted the accolade on behalf of the company, as stated in a Jordan Post statement released on Sunday.
The achievement underscores Jordan’s efforts to enhance its regional leadership in postal development and reflects the company’s dedication to improving services for citizens and commercial sectors. Jordan Post indicated that the recognition aligns with international quality standards and the kingdom’s broader economic and administrative modernization vision.
Officials have credited the company’s continuous success to the implementation of digital transformation strategies aimed at meeting evolving market demands and maintaining high-specification customer service protocols.
