Amman: Jordan Post has won the prestigious Customer Service Award from the Universal Postal Union (UPU) for the second consecutive year, recognizing the quality and efficiency of its responses to inquiries and service requests for international express mail services.
According to Jordan News Agency, Jordan Post ranked among the top 20 postal operators worldwide following a performance evaluation that included 176 countries participating in the UPU's International Customer Service System program, launched in 2020.
This achievement highlights the efforts of the Marketing and Sales Directorate and the Customer Service Department at Jordan Post to enhance customer experience and uphold the highest standards of service quality.
