Amman: Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti received Australia’s Chief of Joint Operations Vice Admiral Justin Jones and an accompanying delegation on Sunday. The discussion revolved around military cooperation and joint coordination between the armed forces of Jordan and Australia, aiming to strengthen and develop these ties in service of shared interests.

According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting was attended by several senior officers of the Jordan Armed Forces and the Australian military attach© in Amman. The officials covered various issues of mutual interest, with a particular focus on training and the exchange of military expertise.
