Jordanian Firefighters Conclude Mission of Solidarity in Syria’s Wildfire Crisis

Amman: Jordanian firefighting units began their return home on Wednesday after completing a courageous humanitarian mission in Syria, where they assisted in battling widespread wildfires across the coastal province of Latakia. According to Jordan News Agency, acting on Royal directives, the Public Security Directorate deployed specialized civil defense teams to support Syria during the severe outbreak of fires. These elite crews were equipped with advanced tools and firefighting machinery, ensuring they could operate effectively under challenging conditions.
