Gaza: The Jordanian mobile bakery in Gaza has produced a total of 11,797,580 loaves of bread since it began operations in the Gaza Strip in January this year.
According to Jordan News Agency, the World Central Kitchen (WCK) organization, which operates the bakery in Gaza, shared these figures emphasizing the significant impact of the bakery in the region.
The WCK stated that the mobile bakery has reached a production capacity of nearly 70,000 loaves per day. This production volume has been pivotal in meeting the needs of people across various areas of Gaza, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of bread.
The Jordanian mobile bakery was deployed to Gaza on December 24, 2024. This initiative was part of a Royal effort to alleviate the suffering of Gazans, highlighting the commitment to provide essential resources during challenging times.
The WCK is recognized as an international non-governmental organization that offers meals and food aid to those affected by conflicts and crises worldwide, further underlining its role in humanitarian relief operations.
