Jordanian Riders Advance to Finals at Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh

Riyadh: Jordan's equestrian team riders, Ra'ad Nasser, Saeed Al-Aboora, and Nusuh Al-Kayali qualified on Thursday for the finals of the show jumping competition at the Islamic Solidarity Games, currently taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

According to Jordan News Agency, over the past two days, the riders competed in two qualifying rounds, each featuring 15 jumps. In the first qualifying round, Ra'ad Nasser finished ninth with a clear round and no penalty points, while in the second round he placed eighteenth with eight penalty points. Nusuh Al-Kayali ranked seventeenth in the first round with four penalty points, and twenty-first in the second with twelve penalty points. Meanwhile, Saeed Al-Aboora placed eighteenth in the first qualifying round with four penalty points, and nineteenth in the second round with eight penalty points.

The show jumping final is scheduled to take place on Saturday at 5:40 p.m.
