Amman: The Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) addressed a total of 1,372 incidents within the last 24 hours, covering emergency, rescue, and firefighting situations.
According to Jordan News Agency, ambulance teams responded to 1,252 incidents, achieving an average response time of 7 minutes and 36 seconds. Rescue crews were dispatched to 83 incidents, maintaining an average response time of 7 minutes and 35 seconds. Additionally, firefighters managed 37 fires, setting a record response time of 7 minutes and 34 seconds.
The CDD has emphasized its preparedness to handle a range of reports and situations at any time of day. Citizens are urged to adhere to guidelines and instructions to maintain public safety.
