Jordan’s Competency Assessment Center to Kick Off Thursday

Amman: Civil Service and Public Administration Commission announced its "readiness" to launch a Competency Assessment Center (CAC) on Thursday, coinciding with Jordan's 79th Independence Day celebrations. The new facility is positioned as a pivotal component of the strategic plan spanning 2024 to 2027.

According to Jordan News Agency, the Competency Assessment Center is aligned with the outcomes of the Kingdom's public sector modernization roadmap. The project reflects the principles outlined in the Kingdom's Human Resources Management Bylaw, emphasizing competencies and reinforcing merit and transparency.

The commission's statement highlighted that the initiative aims to create an "efficient and empowered" public sector. This sector is envisioned to deliver "high-quality" services and fulfill the aspirations of the Royal vision.
