Justice Minister and Moroccan Ambassador Explore Legal Cooperation

Amman: Minister of Justice Bassam Talhouni met with Moroccan Ambassador to Amman, Fouad Akhrif, to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the legal and judicial fields to support the justice sector.

According to Jordan News Agency, Talhouni highlighted that Jordanian-Moroccan relations serve as a model for pan-Arab coordination and unity on various issues. This relationship is nurtured by the joint efforts of His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Majesty King Mohammed VI. Talhouni emphasized the importance of building on existing agreements and memorandums of understanding between the two countries, with the aim of expanding cooperation within the Arab framework to advance judicial and legal systems.

The Moroccan ambassador expressed pride in the strong bilateral relations and praised the current cooperation in the justice sector. He reaffirmed his country's commitment to further developing this collaboration and maintaining coordination in various fields to serve common interests.
