Karbala Governor discusses with Mashhad Governor the conditions of Iranian pilgrims during Arbaeen

The Governor of Karbala, Nassif Jassim Al-Khattabi, discussed with the Governor of Mashhad, Yaqoub Ali Nazari, and the accompanying delegation the conditions of Iranian pilgrims during the Arbaeen pilgrimage.
