Amman: His Majesty King Abdullah II on Wednesday received High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, European Commission Vice-President Josep Borrell. During the meeting, which was also attended by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, the King praised Borrell's efforts to enhance relations between Jordan and the European Union. According to Jordan News Agency, the discussions highlighted recent regional developments and emphasized the critical role the EU plays in promoting peace and stability in the region. The meeting also saw participation from Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, and Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, underscoring the significance of the dialogue between Jordan and the EU.
