King Abdullah II Swears In Nayef Samarat as Chief Attorney General


Amman: Judge Nayef Samarat was sworn in before His Majesty King Abdullah II on Tuesday as the chief attorney general. The ceremony took place at Al Husseiniya Palace, marking a significant appointment in the country’s judicial system.



According to Jordan News Agency, the swearing-in ceremony was attended by Mahmoud Ababneh, President of the Judicial Council, and Yousef Issawi, Chief of the Royal Hashemite Court. The event underscores the importance of the role of the chief attorney general in maintaining the rule of law and upholding judicial integrity in the nation.
