The foreign ministers are gathering in Manila for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) meetings.
Peskov emphasized Moscow's support for the continuation of contacts between the foreign ministries of Russia and the United States, underscoring the importance of dialogue in addressing the current challenges and conflicts.
