Beirut: Lebanese soldiers on Monday removed a flag of the Israeli army's Golani Brigade from a hilltop position at Roueisat al-Hadeb, on the outskirts of the southern town of Aita al-Shaab in Bint Jbeil district, a Lebanese security source said. The army unit also dismantled earthen barricades and cleared landmines that had been placed by Israeli forces in the area, the source added.
