The Lebanese army on Monday received humanitarian aid from Jordan, the second shipment in two weeks, as part of support of Lebanon to overcome challenges facing the country. In a statement, the Lebanese army confirmed that a Jordanian aircraft carrying humanitarian aid landed in Lebanon, where it was received by Jordanian Ambassador to Lebanon Walid Hadid and a representative of the Lebanese army command. In a phone call, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati thanked His Majesty King Abdullah II for Jordan's constant support of his country in various sectors.
