Baghdad: Lower House Speaker Ahmad Safadi has arrived in Baghdad for an official visit aimed at strengthening parliamentary cooperation between Jordan and Iraq.
According to Jordan News Agency, Safadi's visit comes at the invitation of Iraqi Parliament Speaker Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani and includes a series of high-level meetings with Iraqi parliamentary, political, and government officials.
The discussions are expected to focus on enhancing coordination between the two legislative bodies, exchanging expertise, and expanding cooperation on regional and international parliamentary issues of mutual interest.
