Amman: The Land Transport Regulatory Commission (LTRC) office in Irbid Governorate announced the launch of 10 new public transport service points aimed at expanding transit access for workers commuting to the Al-Hasan Industrial Estate (HIE).
According to Jordan News Agency, Mohammad Al-Alawneh, Director of the LTRC Office in Irbid, stated that the new service points are designed to provide safe and scheduled transport, connecting various districts across the governorate with the Al-Hasan Industrial Estate. This initiative is expected to reduce commuting costs for workers and improve regional transit efficiency.
Al-Alawneh detailed the newly established service routes and locations, which include Al-Buwaydah-Al-Hamra-Husha, Umm Qais-Malka, Kharja-Hareema, Urban Development-Al-Bayada Roundabout, Fo'ara-Hoor-Taqbal, Anbah-Al-Mazar-Aydoun, Mughayer-Sal-Bishra, Ash-Shajara-At-Turrah, and Al-Koura.
The announcement was made during a joint meeting attended by relevant stakeholders.
