Amman: The Mexican Embassy in Jordan, in collaboration with Yarmouk University, on Tuesday inaugurated an art exhibition, titled "A Smile in the Middle of the Road", aimed at fostering cultural and artistic exchange between Mexico and Jordan.
According to Jordan News Agency, the event features 50 photographs that document the personal lives and social activism of renowned Mexican artists Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. The display offers insight into their expressions and highlights their influence on both Mexican culture and global art history.
Running through June 17, the exhibition is part of the Embassy's cultural program commemorating the 50th anniversary of Jordanian-Mexican diplomatic relations.
