The delegation will follow up on His Majesty King Abdullah’s visit to Algeria in December and his talks with President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and other senior Algerian officials.

The delegation is led by Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply and Minister of Labor Yousef Shamali and comprises ministers of agriculture, Khaled Hanifat, Energy and Mineral Resources, Saleh Kharabsheh, Tourism and Antiquities, Makram Qaisi, Health, Firas Hawari, and Minister of Investment Kholoud Saqqaf.

They were welcomed upon arrival at Algiers International Airport by Algerian Industry Minister Ahmed Zaghdar.

The discussion with the Algerian side will cover all issues to enhance bilateral cooperation in various fields, maximize available opportunities and implement the visions and directives of the two countries’ leaderships on the need to further cement cooperation and prospects to achieve integration in a number of sectors, said Shamali.

He said the ministers will hold a series of meetings with the Algerian Prime Minister and members of his cabinet and officials to carry out the outcomes of the royal visit and accelerate measures to boost cooperation in economic, health, tourism, investment, energy, agriculture and other fields.
