Amman: The Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply has issued an international tender to purchase either 100,000 tons or 120,000 tons of barley. The announcement was made on Thursday, inviting potential bidders to participate in the procurement process.
According to Jordan News Agency, interested bidders are required to visit the Tenders Department to obtain a copy of the tender invitation. The document, which includes detailed terms and specifications, is available for a nonrefundable fee of JD650. The ministry has set a submission deadline for bids at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
To be eligible to purchase the tender documents, bidders must provide a copy of a valid professional license, a commercial register certified no more than 30 days before the bid-opening date, and a valid registration from a chamber of commerce.
