Amman: The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply has announced the issuance of a tender seeking to purchase either 100,000 or 120,000 tonnes of wheat. This move is part of the ministry's efforts to ensure adequate wheat supplies for the country.
According to Jordan News Agency, interested bidders are required to obtain the tender documents, which detail the terms and specifications, from the ministry's Tenders Department. These documents are available for a non-refundable fee of JD650. The deadline for submitting bids is set for 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15.
The ministry has stipulated that bidders must submit a copy of a valid professional licence along with a certified copy of the commercial registration. This registration must be issued within 30 days of the bid-opening date to ensure compliance and authenticity.
