More than 45 people were killed and dozens went missing after two boats carrying refugees and migrants from Africa sank off the coast of Djibouti. The Somali National News Agency (SONA) quoted the United Nations Migration Agency as saying that the two boats left Yemen with 310 people on board before they sank in the Red Sea. The organization added in a post on the social networking site "X" that 32 survivors were found. The Djibouti Coast Guard reported that joint rescue efforts have been ongoing since the first hours of the incident, with 115 people rescued, while the search for the missing is still ongoing.
