MP Jarrah Removed from Labour Party, Parliament

Amman: The High Administrative Court on Wednesday upheld a lower court ruling to expel MP Mohammad Al-Jarrah from the Labour Party, rejecting an appeal against the order. Consequently, the lawmaker loses his parliamentary seat.

According to Jordan News Agency, the Administrative Court's decision is final and not subject to further appeal. This development marks a significant shift in the political landscape, as MP Al-Jarrah's removal from both the party and Parliament underscores the judicial system's role in enforcing party regulations and parliamentary conduct.
