According to Jordan News Agency, the new service allows users to subscribe to customized insurance packages, including life and personal accident coverage, and pay premiums easily and securely through the Orange Money application. The service delivers an instant and fully digital experience, eliminating the need for cash transactions. Customers can select either Silver or Gold insurance packages directly through the app and manage their payment preferences with full transparency through instant notifications.
The partnership offers flexibility in choosing payment methods and schedules, enhancing the customer experience and providing reliable insurance coverage that can be accessed anywhere in the world. Orange Jordan stated that this collaboration reflects the companies' commitment to developing innovative and secure digital solutions that support the growth of Jordan's financial and insurance sectors.
The initiative is in line with efforts to advance digital transformation and expand access to financial services among broader segments of society. The statement noted that eligibility for the new service requires subscribers to be between 18 and 55 years of age and to possess an active and verified Orange Money wallet.
