Orange Jordan Changes Network Name to ‘Inclusion’ to Support Disability Awareness

Amman: Orange Jordan announced that it will change its network name to "Inclusion" on mobile devices for one week starting Monday. In a statement issued Sunday, the company said the initiative reflects its commitment to empowering persons with disabilities and promoting digital inclusion and equal access for all.

According to Jordan News Agency, the move falls under Orange Jordan's comprehensive programme, "Our Abilities Are Different, But Our Potential Is Certain." The announcement coincides with the global celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which this year highlights the United Nations theme, "Building Inclusive Societies for Disability to Promote Social Progress."

The observance underscores the importance of ensuring the full inclusion of persons with disabilities in all aspects of life.
