Jerusalem: Israeli occupation forces have been reported to commit 1,275 crimes in the West Bank over a week, as highlighted by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's (OIC) Media Observatory. During the period from November 4-10, 2025, these forces killed eight Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, wounded 18 others, and violated the ceasefire agreement by bombing various areas including Khan Younis, Rafah, and several parts of Gaza City. The bombings also resulted in demolished buildings and numerous air raids and shelling.
According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the OIC Media Observatory has detailed the humanitarian crisis in its weekly report, noting that Palestinian rescue teams discovered 19 bodies under the rubble in the Gaza Strip. The number of confirmed martyrs reached 284 during this week alone, increasing the total count of Palestinian martyrs from October 7, 2023, to November 10, 2025, to 70,257, with 179,799 wounded. The World Food Programme has stressed that current provisions entering the Gaza Strip are insufficient as winter approaches.
In the West Bank, Israeli forces killed five Palestinians, including four children, and detained 177 individuals, six of whom were children. The forces conducted 348 raids, demolishing homes, seizing properties, and turning residential buildings into military barracks. Additionally, they issued land confiscation orders and restricted religious practices, including preventing the call to prayer in a Hebron mosque.
The report also documented 92 settler attacks, including arson, vandalism, and theft, particularly targeting olive harvests and agricultural lands. The Arab Studies Association revealed that 13 settlement plans were announced in October 2025, with extensive land allocations in Jerusalem and the West Bank for new settlements.
Settlement activities have increased, with new plans for housing units and infrastructure projects, further exacerbating tensions in the region. The OIC's report highlights the ongoing challenges and human rights violations faced by Palestinians amid these escalations.
