Amman: During the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, the Civil Status and Passports Department will continue to offer passport renewal services at its urgent services office and Queen Alia International Airport office, according to a decision made by Ghaith Ghazi Al-Tayeb, the department's director general.
According to Jordan News Agency, the urgent services office at the department's main headquarters in Tabarbour will continue to offer passport renewal services over the Eid vacation. The department announced in a news statement on Thursday that operating hours for the office are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The department further stated that throughout the Eid vacation, passport renewal services will be available 24/7 at the airport passport office, which is located within the comprehensive government center.
